Finding the cause of their heartbroken feelings and writing a prescription for happiness with Eunwoo, Sepoong grows up as a true psychiatrist.
S02: The successful royal doctor Yoo Sepoong becomes entangled in a conspiracy and is kicked out of the palace. He ends up in Sorak Village and encounters Gye Jihan, the so-called crazy doctor, and the widow Eunwoo. He starts a new career treating heartsick patients, finding the cause of their heartbroken feelings and providing remedies for happiness.

S02E08 What is Best for Lady Eun-woo
Eun-woo returns to her home on Heuksan Island to keep Se-poong safe. Upon hearing about her departure, Se-poong heads to the island himself. However, Kang-il ends up there as well. Physician Gye heads to Hanyang with Man-bok to settle Se-poong’s problem. Meanwhile, Eun-woo is asked to attend to the wife of Interpreter Jung who has encountered an unknown illness.
