Finding the cause of their heartbroken feelings and writing a prescription for happiness with Eunwoo, Sepoong grows up as a true psychiatrist.
S02: The successful royal doctor Yoo Sepoong becomes entangled in a conspiracy and is kicked out of the palace. He ends up in Sorak Village and encounters Gye Jihan, the so-called crazy doctor, and the widow Eunwoo. He starts a new career treating heartsick patients, finding the cause of their heartbroken feelings and providing remedies for happiness.

S01E01 Se-Poong, the Divine Needle
Se-poong’s treatment of the Crown Prince gets him respect from His Majesty himself, and he gets the title "Divine Needle". However, things go terribly wrong when he treats His Majesty. Se-poong blames himself for the tragic outcome, but Yoo Hoo-myung, his father, looks further into the case and finds evidence of the king’s poisoning. Unfortunately, Hoo-myung passes away without being able to close the case. With hardships piling up, Se-poong even gets exiled from Hanyang.
